Although it may feel like COVID has been going on forever, and with the ever changing restrictions its hard to know what to do, where you feel safe and now to proceed forward. At Bohemia Alconbury Weald, the safety of our teams & customers is still our top priority and we have put in place control measures to keep both our local communities and teams safe.

We are always following the latest government advice and have outlined a summary of the control & safety measures we will still be following.

Dine In

Our whole restaurant operates via table service so sit down, relax and we will come to you.

As always, tables will be first come first served during out day time service so if you are unable to get a table straight away please do bare with us and we get you seated as soon as we can.

It is currently not a requirement for face coverings to be worn in the venue. However we believe that anything we can to help control the spread is always worthwhile. That is why you'll see that all our customer facing staff will be wearing face covering. We also encourage customers walking in and around the venue to also wear a face covering when not sat at their table.

Hand Sanitiser

Hand sanitiser will still be available and free to use whenever you'd like.

Enhanced Cleaning

We always have robust cleaning measures in place but we added some extra procedures which we will continue to implement. We are cleaning all high contact points every hour including door handles, toilets & wall touch points. We also fully sanitise the table, chairs and anything on the table after each use.

Reusable Cups

We are delighted to be able to offer your takeaway coffees in reusable cups. We also offer a 10% discount for any coffees made in reusable cups

Staff Training/Wellbeing

This has been such a challenging time for all our staff, all our team members have all had detailed training on new control measures and we continue to retrain as and when the guidelines change but please do bare with us as they adjust.

We carry out wellbeing checks before all members of staff start their shift to make sure they feel fit, well & have not had any contact with someone who has COVID.

If you have any questions on our COVID 19 procedures please do let us know and we will be happy to answer any queries or concerns you may have. Our aim is to keep everybody safe whilst still delivering exceptional service.
